As a specialist in Employee Relations and over 20 years in the Financial Services industry with American, British, and Asian banks, Tej has partnered with senior HR, ER, Executive Committee, Legal and Compliance teams on a multitude of complex and sensitive investigations.
Acting as an independent lead investigator on a variety of whistleblowing and speak-up concerns including allegations into regulatory misconduct, behavioural misconduct and using her mediation background, Tej provides a balanced, well-reasoned and supportive approach to all parties involved.
With her experience in multi-jurisdictional large-scale restructures and TUPE projects, she has helped organisations navigate through the most turbulent of times including the 2008 Financial Crisis.
Tej is also known for going the extra mile and has led transformational change within HR departments by implementing process and policy improvements, providing an array of ER coaching and training to HR colleagues, and instilling a culture of best practice.
In her personal life, Tej is a busy mum with an abundance of energy for trying something different. A keen cook & baker with an eclectic taste in music, she loves nothing better than having a kitchen disco on a Sunday afternoon. Equally, as someone who loves the outdoors, she can be found cycling, camping, or having an intrepid family adventure somewhere new.
